What exactly does GAA do?
We provide independent administrative consulting and career confidence coaching for South African and Filipino professionals pursuing international opportunities. We help you prepare documents, review applications, build a strong CV, and feel genuinely ready to walk into your next chapter — all without recruitment agency fees or empty promises.

Are you a recruitment agency?
No. We do not arrange job placements, sponsor visas, or take a percentage of anyone’s salary. We work exclusively for you.

Are you immigration lawyers or licensed visa consultants?
No. We are independent administrative consultants and peer coaches. Our support is based on publicly available official guidance and our personal relocation experience. For a formal legal assessment of your visa eligibility, we will always recommend you consult a qualified, licensed professional.

If you aren’t legal experts, what exactly do I get?
Think of us as your administrative partner and confidence coach. We help you:

• Understand what documents are typically required for your target pathway (based on official, publicly available guidance).

• Organise and present those documents to an international standard.

• Review your application forms line-by-line to catch errors and omissions.

• Build a CV and cover letter that speak the language of global recruiters.

• Prepare mentally and emotionally for high-stakes interviews and cultural adjustment.

You do the submitting. We help you do it properly.

Why should I pay if I can find the forms online myself?
The forms are free, yes. But costly mistakes are not. A single missing document or poorly worded answer can delay an application by months — or get it refused. We bring lived experience, pattern recognition, and obsessive attention to detail so you don’t learn those lessons the hard way.

Who is behind GAA?
GAA was founded by a real couple who navigated complex international moves themselves. We have personally sat where you sit now — staring at intimidating paperwork, trying to decode government websites, wondering if we were good enough. We built GAA to offer exactly the kind of practical, honest support we wished we’d had.

Which countries and pathways do you cover?
Our primary expertise is in UK-bound applications for South African and Filipino professionals. We also support common documentation requirements for other English-speaking destinations (Australia, Canada, New Zealand) where the administrative standards are similar. If your target country is outside our experience, we’ll tell you honestly.

What do your services cost?
All our service tracks and digital resource packs have flat-rate pricing, displayed clearly in USD, ZAR, and PHP. There are no hidden fees, no percentages, and no ongoing charges unless you choose a bundled service. You see the price before you commit.

Do you offer payment plans?
We currently offer bundle savings (15% off when combining two or more service tracks, and instant discounts on multi-pack downloads). If you need a more flexible arrangement, contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works.

How does the process work after I contact you?

1. You submit your goals and background through our secure form.

2. We personally review your information against the known documentation standards for your target pathway and reply within 24 hours with a clear, flat-rate pathway proposal.

3. You choose the service track or resource pack that fits. Payment is secure and upfront.

4. We get to work. You receive your documents, review, or coaching sessions according to the agreed timeline.

How do we communicate during the process?
Primarily by email and, where helpful, scheduled WhatsApp voice or video calls. You deal directly with the people who understand your file — not a call centre.

Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We collect only the essential information needed to support your goals. Your data is stored securely, never sold, and never shared with third parties — especially not recruitment agencies. Our data protection practices align with UK GDPR standards.

What if I’m not happy with the service?
We want you to feel confident moving forward. If something isn’t right, tell us immediately and we’ll make it right. For downloadable resources, due to their digital nature, refunds are limited — but we handle every concern individually and fairly. For consulting services, we’ll agree on a clear scope upfront and keep you updated throughout. If we can’t deliver what we promised, you won’t pay.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No one can guarantee a visa outcome — and we would never pretend to. What we do guarantee is that your paperwork will be prepared with exceptional care, your application will be reviewed for errors, and you’ll walk into the process feeling clearer and more confident than you did before.

I’m nervous about the interview. Can you really help with that?
Yes. Our Career Confidence Coaching is built specifically for people carrying imposter syndrome, interview anxiety, or uncertainty about how to present their local experience to global employers. We give you structured scripts, mock questions, and honest feedback — all from someone who has been in that room.

Is your coaching a substitute for mental health support?
No. Our coaching is peer-to-peer support rooted in our own relocation experience. It is not a replacement for licensed psychological or therapeutic care. If you are experiencing significant anxiety, depression, or trauma, we encourage you to seek professional support alongside the practical work we do together.

I’m not sure which service I need. Can you help me decide?

Do you work with people outside South Africa and the Philippines?
